Skara Stadshotell reopened after extensive renovation

After almost two years of renovation, the historic Skara Stadshotell reopened its doors at the end of February and it was a well-attended opening. The hotel is operated by Jula Hotell, which is part of the Jula Holding Group

The hotel has an exciting history and the grand building has been visited by kings and barons, poor students, celebrities, traders, farmers, priests and prelates. The Roser family took over the operation of the city hotel in 1966 and developed the business. For a decade, the city hotel was the entertainment center in Skaraborg. But times are changing and the Roser family chose to sell the plant to the Blank family in 2021.
