Silvan properties
G&K Blanks Fastigheter goes in and acquires five fantastic commercial properties that were previously owned by the Silvan chain. There are properties in Eskilstuna, Kungens Kurva, Lund, Jönköping (A6) and Örebro.
Karl-Johan tells us:
The Silvan department store chain were having problems in Sweden and decided to shut down. I saw an opportunity in these large premises for both Jula and other tenants. They had a lot of department stores, but were not selling all of them. I chose five properties, a package with good locations, which I bid for. We soon reached an agreement. Per-Eric and I went to Copenhagen and completed a very good and exciting deal.
