Norlandershuset

The neighbouring building to Julahuset in Skara, Norlandershuset, was having problems. Lars-Göran was in Russia, and we bought the property. Unfortunately we had to sell it quite soon in order to afford buying the property in Västerås. Before we sold it I split off some important land from the property. We bought it back in 2008 from Bert Karlsson, and demolished it during the last expansion of Julahuset.
